“Passing on Wealth, Protecting the Family” — SDCAA Community Seminar Successfully Held. 传承财富，守护家人 —— SDCAA社区讲座成功举办
To help strengthen the Chinese-American community’s understanding of wealth planning and estate law, the San Diego Chinese Attorneys Association (SDCAA) successfully hosted a public legal seminar titled “Passing on Wealth, Protecting the Family” on May 10, 2025, at the Carmel Valley Library.
为增强华人社区对财富规划与遗产传承法律知识的了解，圣地亚哥华人律师协会（San Diego Chinese Attorneys Association, SDCAA）于2025年5月10日下午，在Carmel Valley图书馆成功举办了一场以“传承财富，守护家人”为主题的公益法律讲座。
The seminar featured Attorney Chenyang Yan, an experienced estate planning and tax law attorney. She delivered an in-depth presentation on trusts, wills, estate tax, and family wealth management, supported by real-life case studies to offer practical legal insights.
本场讲座由资深财富税务规划及遗产认证律师 阎晨阳律师 担任主讲人。她围绕信托、遗嘱、遗产税、家族财富安排等核心议题进行深入讲解，并通过实际案例分析，为在场听众带来了丰富实用的法律知识。
The event attracted a large audience, including community members and legal professionals. Attendees actively raised questions on cross-border estate planning, tax compliance, and succession issues, showing strong interest in learning how to safeguard their families through legal means.
本次讲座吸引了大批社区居民及法律从业者参与，会场气氛热烈。许多与会者针对跨境遗产规划、税务合规及子女继承安排等现实问题积极提问，展现出社区对相关法律议题的高度关注。
After the seminar, many attendees—including local attorneys—engaged in meaningful conversations with the speaker and with one another, deepening the discussion and laying the groundwork for future legal education and community outreach
讲座结束后，多位律师和听众继续围绕讲座主题进行交流探讨，进一步推动了法律知识的传播与经验分享，也为今后开展更多法律服务和资源对接奠定了良好基础。
