2025 SDCAA Membership Mixer Successfully Held
SDCAA成功举办2025年度会员联谊会
On the afternoon of Saturday, June 7th, 2025, the San Diego Chinese Attorneys Association (SDCAA) successfully hosted its annual Membership Mixer at the beautiful Procopio office in the Torrey Pines area.
2025年6月7日（星期六）下午，圣地亚哥华人律师协会（San Diego Chinese Attorneys Association, 简称SDCAA）在美丽的Torrey Pines地区，于Procopio律师事务所景致宜人的办公室，成功举办了2025年度会员联谊会（Membership Mixer）。
The event brought together a vibrant group of over a dozen Chinese legal and related industry professionals from San Diego and surrounding areas, including practicing attorneys, prosecutors, in-house counsel, legal scholars, investors, and legal tech entrepreneurs. Attendees engaged in candid and in-depth discussions on topics such as career development, industry trends, law firm and corporate culture, legal education, cross-border investment, and personal growth.
本次活动吸引了十余位来自圣地亚哥及周边地区的华人法律及相关行业专业人士踊跃参与，包括执业律师、检察官、公司法务、高校法学研究人员、投资人及法律科技创业者等。大家围绕法律职业发展、行业趋势、律所与企业文化、法律教育、跨境投资及个人成长等话题，进行了坦诚而深入的交流。
During the event, participants enjoyed stunning views of Torrey Pines from the windows, along with exquisite appetizers and beverages, fostering a relaxed and warm atmosphere filled with open dialogue and mutual inspiration. Many attendees expressed that, in this fast-paced and high-pressure industry, the opportunity to connect face-to-face with peers who share similar cultural backgrounds and professional aspirations was rare and deeply meaningful. The mixer provided an invaluable platform for this meaningful exchange, especially for those within the legal field.
活动期间，来宾们一边欣赏窗外Torrey Pines的自然美景，一边享用精致的轻食与饮品，在轻松、温馨的氛围中畅所欲言、相互启发。许多参与者表示，在这个快节奏且高压力的行业中，能与拥有相似背景、文化与职业目标的同行面对面交流，是一次难得而有意义的机会。
Zhiming Wang, the President of SDCAA, emphasized the organization’s commitment to creating a strong network that supports Chinese legal professionals at every stage of their careers. SDCAA aims to promote professional development, foster mentorship, and contribute to the broader community through events like mixers, CLE seminars, mentorship programs, and pro bono initiatives.
SDCAA会长王志明提到，协会始终致力于打造一个促进法律专业人士之间交流、支持年轻律师成长、推动多元化与包容性发展的平台。通过举办类似联谊会、研讨会、职业讲座及公益法律服务活动，SDCAA希望将华人法律人才的力量凝聚起来，服务社区、回馈社会。
Many attendees noted how refreshing it was to connect in person in a casual, yet purposeful setting. Several new guests expressed interest in joining the organization after experiencing the warmth and professionalism of the SDCAA community.
此次联谊会不仅加深了会员之间的友谊，也让不少新朋友了解并加入了协会。活动获得了与会者的一致好评，大家纷纷表示期待未来能有更多类似的交流机会。
