圣地亚哥华人律师协会代表团赴西雅图参加CALF第三届年会
From April 30 to May 2, 2026, members of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Chinese Attorneys Association, led by President Zhiming Wang, attended the 3rd Annual Conference of the Chinese American Lawyers Forum (“CALF”) in Seattle, Washington.
2026年4月30日至5月2日，圣地亚哥华人律师协会理事会成员在会长王志明的带领下，赴美国华盛顿州西雅图参加在美华裔律师论坛（Chinese American Lawyers Forum，简称“CALF”）第三届年度会议。
The conference brought together Chinese American legal professionals from across the United States for a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking events, focusing on professional development, cross-border practice, and emerging trends in the legal industry.
本次年会汇聚了来自全美各地的华裔法律专业人士，通过主题演讲、圆桌论坛及交流活动，就法律职业发展、跨境业务、行业趋势等议题展开深入探讨。
The delegation included:President Zhiming Wang, Board Members Ella Zheng, Haiyan Tang, Gaoyan Gao, and Qin Li.
本次参会的圣地亚哥华人律师协会代表包括：会长王志明、理事郑巧晶、唐海燕、高艳及李钦。
During the conference, several members actively participated as speakers in panel discussions:
在会议期间，多位代表积极参与论坛并发表专业见解：
l President Zhiming Wang spoke at the panel titled “How to Effectively Communicate with Your Clients” on May 2;
会长王志明参与了5月2日的论坛 “如何有效与客户沟通” 并作主题发言；
l Board Member Ella Zheng spoke at the panel “Common Employment Issues for Chinese Companies Operating in the U.S.” on May 1;
理事郑巧晶于5月1日参加论坛 “在美运营的中国企业常见用工问题” 并发表演讲；
l Board Member Haiyan Tang spoke at the panel “Tools of Cross-border Judgement Enforcement” on May 2.
理事唐海燕于5月2日论坛“跨境判决执行工具”中发表演讲；
Their contributions reflected deep professional expertise and highlighted the growing presence of Chinese American attorneys in cross-border legal matters.
三位律师结合自身丰富的执业经验，就客户沟通、就业与跨境争议解决等议题进行了深入交流，展现了圣地亚哥华人律师的专业能力与行业影响力。
The Chinese American Lawyers Forum (CALF) is a nonprofit organization founded by attorney Ying Cao, dedicated to connecting and empowering Chinese American legal professionals. With over 2,500 members across more than 30 U.S. states, CALF has become a leading platform for professional development, networking, and collaboration within the community.
在美华裔律师论坛（CALF）是由曹英律师发起成立的非营利组织，致力于连接并赋能在美执业的华裔律师群体，推动职业发展、资源共享及跨地域合作。目前，CALF已发展为覆盖全美30多个州、拥有超过2,500名成员的专业法律网络。
Participation in this conference further strengthened the San Diego Chinese Attorneys Association’s engagement with the broader Chinese American legal community and laid a solid foundation for future collaboration in cross-border legal services and professional exchange.
